We are looking for a part-time Marketing Specialist to conduct structured client consultations and produce strategic recommendation reports aligned with our services. This role starts very part-time and flexible, with the opportunity to grow as revenue increases.
Role Overview
You will:
Conduct 30-minute consultation calls (scheduled as needed)
Ask structured discovery questions to understand client needs
Identify opportunities aligned with Eleana’s services
Prepare a written Strategic Recommendation Report (1–2 pages)
If approved internally, assist in executing recommended services
You will represent Eleana during consultations.
Responsibilities:
Attend scheduled Zoom/Meet calls with prospective or existing clients
Follow our consultation framework (we will provide structure)
Identify service fit (branding, marketing, website, print, etc.)
Prepare a concise written summary including:
Client goals
Current challenges
Gaps identified
Recommended services
Suggested priority order
Collaborate with leadership before final recommendations are sent
Execute select marketing tasks if assigned
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years marketing experience (agency experience preferred)
Strong communication skills (professional and confident)
Able to ask smart discovery questions
Understands branding and positioning
Comfortable with small business clients
Excellent written English
Organized and responsive
Bonus:
Experience with CRM tools
Experience creating marketing roadmaps

Structure & Compensation
This position is:
Part-time / On-call
Paid hourly
Consultations scheduled as needed
Initial workload expected to be light (few hours per week)

💡 The Role: Eleana Growth Manager (Illuminator)
As an Illuminator, your role is simple:
Identify businesses that need professional marketing support.
Open the door.
We handle strategy, design, onboarding, and execution.
You focus on relationship building and opportunity sourcing.
You earn when business closes.
💰 Compensation Structure
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
You Earn:
• 20% of the first invoice value (based on collected revenue)
• 2.5% recurring commission on subscription-based services, including:
Illumination Marketing
Web Hosting
Exclusive Membership subscriptions
Recurring commissions apply to:
Original contracts
Upgrades and expanded services
As long as the client remains active
And you remain under active contract and in good standing with Eleana Inc.
💵 Commission Payout Policy
Commissions are calculated after client payments are received.
Payouts are issued once your earned commissions accumulate to $500 or more.
Any unpaid earned commissions roll forward until the threshold is reached.
There is no cap on income.
